What time can I arrive?
Your room will be ready to welcome you from 3:00pm! Are you arriving earlier? No worries, leave your luggage with us and set off to explore the city hands-free.
How late can I hang out in my room?
Check-out is before 12pm. Take the time to finish your coffee, but afterwards you’ll have to give us the keys (we know, it’s hard to leave, but Lyon won’t wait).
Are pets allowed?
Of course! Your furry friends are welcome: 2 small (-10 kg) or 1 large (+10 kg). As long as they don’t take over the minibar, everything’s fine!
Is there high-speed Wi-Fi?
We don’t mess around with that: ultra-fast, free, unlimited Wi-Fi. To work (if you’re serious) or binge-watch your favourite series (we don’t judge).
Is breakfast included?
It’s an extra, but it’s worth it if you want to be in good shape. Pastries, coffee, fresh products… Just talking about it makes us hungry.
Can I book a room for an event?
Of course! Meeting, birthday, baby shower… We can adapt to anything. Get in touch, and we’ll craft a tailor-made space for you.
Where do I park my sweet wheels?
Parking spaces are available from €30 per day (price varies depending on the event). But just like in Survivor, the fastest wins. Don’t delay!
Is the bar open to everyone?
Yes, of course! Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy a drink and a snack.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10 am on weekdays and from 7 am to 11 am at weekends, so you can start the day feeling like a king.
Bar: every day from 7 am to midnight.
What time is reception open until?We
never close! The reception is open 24/7. No matter what time you arrive, a member of the Kopster Tribe will be there to give you a royal welcome.
